Acceptance of Terms
By visiting sixfiftydigitalsolutions.com, submitting any form, booking a Free Growth Audit, or entering into a service agreement with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.
Services Provided
AdsPulse by SixFifty Digital Solutions provides the following digital marketing services:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Management
- Google Ads Management (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting
- CRM Setup & Integration (GoHighLevel and similar platforms)
- Growth Strategy Consulting
- Campaign Performance Reporting & Optimization
The exact scope, deliverables, and pricing of services are defined in separate client service agreements or proposals issued on a per-client basis.
Client Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver results, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate business information, ad creatives, and access credentials in a timely manner
- Grant necessary permissions to Meta Business Manager and Google Ads accounts
- Maintain sufficient advertising budget in the agreed platforms
- Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe
- Comply with Meta and Google advertising policies at all times
Payment & Billing
All service fees are outlined in your individual client agreement. General terms:
- Fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed
- Ad spend is separate from management fees and paid directly to Meta or Google
- Late payments may result in service suspension after 7 days of non-payment
- All fees are non-refundable unless a specific guarantee is stated in your agreement
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and strategy frameworks — is the property of SixFifty Digital Solutions and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Campaign creatives, reports, and strategies developed specifically for a client become the property of the client upon full payment of outstanding fees.
Limitation of Liability
SixFifty Digital Solutions provides services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific results (ROAS, leads, revenue) as outcomes depend on market conditions, client industry, ad platform algorithms, and factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service engagement with written notice as specified in the individual client agreement. Upon termination:
- All outstanding fees become immediately due
- Access to shared tools, dashboards, and accounts will be revoked within 7 business days
- Active campaigns will be paused and handed over within the agreed transition period
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to appropriate legal channels.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
