Will this break or overwrite anything in my existing CRM?+

My CRM isn't on your native list — can you still integrate?+

What if a lead already exists in my CRM?+
Our duplicate detection logic checks for existing contacts by email and phone before creating a new record. If a match is found, the existing contact is updated with the new lead data and score — rather than a duplicate being created. This keeps your CRM clean and ensures no lead is ever double-sequenced.
